TADA!  The winners have finally been posted for both the 2007 Ultimate QuicKutz Fan contest AND the Sophisticate Innovations contest.  We're totally grateful, again, to everyone who participate in either and/or both of these contests.  I'm always astounded at how passionate people are about their projects and about this hobby in general, and pleased to be a part of such an amazing group!

NEW PRODUCT
You needed a little help with all the pictures you took this summer anyway, right?  Well, here it is! Head over and check out our new alphabet and lots of new playground, picnic, summer vacation, and back to school shapes.  I LOVE the over-sized box of crayons, in case you were wondering... and the lunch box and thermos (Definitely had the Dukes of Hazzard version of that as a kid.  Yee Haw!).

Contests: The Agony and the Ecstasy

Here’s the thing… I know people are waiting with bated breath to be contacted about the winners of our two pending contests

But, wow, wow, wow, it’s been a source of major anxiety and stress for me. Have you ever had to judge a contest or make a decision knowing that the ramification of said decision would bring many parties to tears—some out of desolation and others out of elation?  It’s exhausting and truly agonizing, but we’re extra close to being at our point of resolution and then, !TADA!; by next Tuesday (the 21^st), pending any unforeseen disaster, we’ll be contacting and posting the winners of both contests (See above pictures if the words just haven't seemed to reach you).

  Perhaps you’re not the one who entered at all, but instead a dear loved one, family member, friend, etc. Inevitably it’s the most deserving person that you know. In which case, how could the panel of judges have been so blind as to bypass your personal favored-to-win? I almost cried. I wish I were kidding. It was really, really hard to pick these winners. SO many extra deserving people and I think that if we got all the people who thought they / someone they knew should win together in a room and had them battle it out… well, I think we’d be waiting way past next Tuesday for the official announcement.

Oh, and it’ll also be  announced in the QuicKutz Newsletter. So, get signed up for it if you’re not right now and get ready to ride the roller coaster of emotional agony and ecstasy when the contestants, winners, finalists, participants, etc are finally revealed.
